In 2015 Dr Hein Badenhorst, one of South Africa’s most experienced practitioners in the field of applied nutrigenetics, came to speak to our parents (10 Steps before Ritalin). Many of our parents became interested in optimal supplementation for children.
Dr Hein Badenhorst’s practice, ‘INTEGRATED HEALTH’ recommends the following supplementation programme for all young children, but especially those presenting with less than optimum concentration, for the reasons explained below:
Chewable Multi Vitamin:
This Multi Vitamin forms the foundation of the supplementation protocol. Providing 30mg of essential Vitamin C, 11 other essential Vitamins, Beta Carotene and 4 minerals with phyto nutrient plant compounds.
Chewable Lecithin:
Lecithin is a phospholipid that is involved in the production of certain neurotransmitters in the brain associated with concentration and memory.
Chewable Omega 3:
Omega 3 is an essential fatty acid, which cannot be produced by the human body, but needs to be consumed by diet and supplementation. The ingredients -
